Project Manager or Site Manager – Interior Construction (m/f/d)

Because we are currently growing, we are looking for energetic employees with a technical background in Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, Cologne & Düsseldorf who want to take on responsibility within a young, flexible and contemporary company. Start with us remotely or from the project location.

YOUR TASKS

Coordination and negotiation of all involved craftsmen, builders, planners and authorities
Control of quantity, quality, deadlines and costs as well as project costing and bid preparation
Local construction management of extension projects and refurbishments
Tendering, award negotiations, contracting
Scheduling and monitoring, cost control and calculation
Establishment of a network of planners and specialist companies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, economics with a focus on construction or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a civil engineer (m/f/d) in project management and execution of construction projects, ideally in the field of interior design
Organizational talent, as well as independent and structured way of working
Business fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage
